ORIGINAL STUDIO/PRODUCTION ARTWORK

Long before the days of computers and publishing software all adverisements, posters, flyers etc. were created by designers. These were in many cases very crude with cutouts pasted on to a backing board, text and a white paint around the edges so as not to create shadows and unwanted lines. Many of these are larger than the actual finished prints. What is surprising is that so few example exist today. Most printers and designers would have disposed of them strait away after use as they would take up so much storage room. The examples shown below are the only ones known to remain.
